The Upper Room
We offer self catering accommodation to those who feel they might benefit from a short stay (usually no more than a week) in a Christian environment.
The accommodation comprises:
upstairs - a guest room with double bed, desk and two easy chairs
downstairs - kitchen, shower room, toilet
There is a CD/radio/tape/MP3 play plus internet access (but no TV) in the guest room. We regret the accommodation isn't suitable for children or pets.
Guests are free to make use of the adjoining chapel as well as the chapel grounds. The grounds include a poustinia (prayer place), a small graveyard, and a summerhouse which is sited near an outdoor baptistry.
There is no charge, but we suggest a donation of between £10 - £20 per night, per person.
