Bus and train
The STAGECOACH No 505 leaves Windermere Railway Station at ten past every hour from 9.10am to 16.10pm. The journey takes you via Ambleside and Hawkshead to Hawkshead Hill Chapel, and lasts about 40 minutes. The bus stops virtually opposite the Chapel.
